?The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Account Executive
Essential Functions:
- Provide excellent customer service to our retailers by meeting their needs, communicating upcoming supply issues, delivery schedules, promoting products, and other INW initiatives.
- Support customers through successful vendor promotions, program compliance and assisting with self-ordering technology issues, plan-o-grams, store set-ups and tagging.
- Support customers rebate and other incentive programs working on their behalf to maximize potential earnings through Mfg. partners.
- Assist in merchandising requests within territory and surrounding territories. Includes new store set up, resets, or merchandising request needed to support INW or customer demands.
- Communicate with internal counterparts regarding supply demands, substitutional offerings, recurring operational or delivery issues, and/or other impacts to the business.
- Meet Quarterly Sales Target performance for territory YOY growth and maintain pipeline of opportunities by identifying new opportunities for new business to fulfill growth targets.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
- Knowledge of product trends and regional preferences
- Knowledge of scanning and ordering software
- Skill in managing time and organization of paperwork and schedules.
- Skill in communicating effectively in writing or speaking as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
- Skill in resolving problems quickly as they arise.
- Ability to build relationships by providing quality customer service and meeting the customer's needs within the scope of company and position.
- Ability to drive vehicle safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent
- Two to four years in Sales, Customer Service, or related field
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to travel to assigned locations
- Occasional overnight travel is required as needed
