We’re seeking a Communications Consultant to join our growing team in Green Bay, WI and help take BAYCOM’s technology further.

What You’ll Do
As a Communications Consultant, you’ll build lasting relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver innovative technology solutions that help organizations operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network with outside sources, vendors, and existing customers to identify new opportunities.
- Prospect and develop relationships with new businesses across key industries.
- Present and demonstrate BAYCOM’s communication and security solutions to stakeholders.
- Develop technical proposals and installation plans in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and new customers.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
