Job Description

POSITION: Screen Printing Production Flow Supervisor

HOURS: Monday – Friday; 6:00 am to 3:30 pm

REPORTS TO: Screen Printing Production Manager

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

DATE: 9/8/26

As a screen printing production supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the supervision and production of associates engaged in the screen printing department.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by identifying, addressing, and preventing safety risks.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and lead engagement activities to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Identify, promote, and implement process improvements that reduce costs, save time, and maintain or enhance quality.
  • Communicate performance expectations and implement guidelines, metrics, and processes to measure and improve results.
  • Champion and implement initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, communication, and overall team performance.
  • Address employee performance and behavioral concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities to build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Provide compensation recommendations for direct reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related manufacturing or production environment.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. 
  • Demonstrated success onboarding, training, and developing team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on feet throughout the workday.
