Florida Mechanical & Building Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing service team. This position focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment

• Perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems

• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff

• Complete service documentation accurately and timely

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC & Refrigeration service experience

• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

• EPA Certification (required)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls

• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

• Experience with walk-in coolers/freezers, RTUs, split systems, and package units

• Electrical troubleshooting experience

• Factory training or additional certifications a plus
