We're seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is looking for more than a paycheck. As part of our interdisciplinary clinical team, you'll collaborate with leadership, caregivers, and support staff to help individuals overcome barriers, achieve personal goals, and experience greater independence and success in their daily lives.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:
• Develop and oversee Individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral evaluations
• Implement, monitor, and revise behavior intervention strategies
• Provide behavior skills training to caregivers and support staff
• Deliver performance feedback and coaching to direct care employees
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team
• Monitor treatment progress and ensure data-driven decision making
• Provide services across residential and community-based day program settings
• Promote person-centered supports that enhance quality of life
• Ensure the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of individuals served

• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
• Minimum of three (3) years of post-certification BCBA experience
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and developmental disabilities
• Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Ability to successfully complete a Florida Level II Background Screening
• Experience supporting individuals with severe challenging behaviors
• Experience in residential and community-based service settings
• BCaBA candidates with significant experience may also be considered
• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Community-Based and Residential Program Coverage
• Primarily Daytime Hours
📍 Services are provided throughout Greater Orlando and Lake County, Florida, in community-based day programs and residential settings.
