The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the India marketing strategy, building brand presence, generating qualified opportunities, and establishing scalable marketing operations.
- Own and execute the India go-to-market strategy aligned with broader business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, digital assets, and customer-facing marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage demand generation programmes across paid, organic, email, social media, content, and partner channels.
- Own website strategy, SEO initiatives, conversion optimization, and performance improvement.
- Create product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, and launch campaigns.
- Manage marketing operations, including automation workflows, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, attribution, and reporting.
- Use data and analytics to measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
- Build strategic partnerships with ecosystem organizations, industry communities, and relevant stakeholders.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets while ensuring alignment with growth priorities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to support customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, campaign execution, and reporting processes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketing professional with experience leading marketing functions, building growth strategies, and operating effectively in fast-paced environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading marketing initiatives or managing a marketing function.
- Proven experience across the full marketing mix, including brand, demand generation, content, paid media, and marketing operations.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting pipeline performance and ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or equivalent tools.
- Experience using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, customer acquisition, and growth programmes.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, workflow automation, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with ownership and accountability.
- Startup or scale-up experience, particularly launching or expanding a function in a new market, is a plus.
- Experience marketing to founders, finance leaders, SMEs, or B2B technology audiences is advantageous.
- Experience with equity, share schemes, or financial technology products is a plus.
