Key Roles Available
Medical Assistant/Medical Secretary – Work directly with providers and patients to support clinical care and procedures.
Front Desk Coordinator – Welcome patients, check them in, and help ensure a smooth clinic experience.
Pre-Certification Specialist – Obtain insurance authorizations and verify coverage for medical procedures and services to ensure timely patient care.
Scheduler – Assist patients in booking and managing appointments with efficiency and care.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED), medical assistant diploma from an accredited vocational institution, or a college course in medical assisting.
Experience: Minimum one year of recent experience working in a medical facility as a medical assistant and/or documented evidence of externship completed in a medical office. Experience working in a Gastroenterology practice is preferred.
Performance Requirements:
Requirement for Level I status
