Cardiac Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in Cookeville, Tennessee at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

This Cardiac Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant assists with the management of Cardiac Service Line patients. In this role, the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will assist with patients that have been admitted into the Cardiac Service by the cardiologists. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant may assist the Physicians with admission of patients, patient rounds, consults, history and physicals, discharges and other duties with their scope of practice.

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Masters program or Masters of Medical Science Physician Assistant Studies. Evidence of continuing education. Current unrestricted Tennessee licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse and RN or Physician’s Assistant. Must hold a national Certification in a Nursing Specialty Area.

Tennessee RN & NP/PA Licensure

1-3 years experience preferred
