Job Description

Description: Ready to make a real impact where it matters most?

Riverbend Community Mental Health—a trusted leader in New Hampshire’s behavioral health community—is seeking a Licensed Master’s Clinician (Child & Family) who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and families.

This is more than a clinical role—it’s an opportunity to deliver high-impact, trauma-informed, and family-centered care in a dynamic, community-based setting. At Riverbend, we believe healing happens where life happens. As a Licensed Master’s Clinician, you will step beyond the traditional office model to meet clients in their homes, schools, and communities—where real change takes root.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical services including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and care coordination. You will play a vital role in strengthening family systems, building resilience, and empowering young people with the skills they need to thrive.

You’ll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering integrated, person-centered care aligned with best practices and CCBHC standards—ensuring access to high-quality services when and where they’re needed most.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Build meaningful, lasting therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, and families
  • Deliver evidence-based, recovery-oriented clinical care in real-world settings
  • Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and community partners to support whole-person wellness
  • Work within an innovative, team-driven environment focused on clinical excellence
  • Make a direct and lasting impact on access to behavioral health services in your community

We are looking for a clinician who is licensed, compassionate, adaptable, and energized by community-based work. If you are driven to empower families, reduce barriers to care, and create sustainable change, we invite you to bring your expertise and heart to Riverbend.

At Riverbend, you won’t just provide therapy—you’ll help children and families build resilience, restore hope, and create brighter futures.

Why Join Us?
Make a real impact—every single day. Join one of the state’s largest and most respected community mental health providers, where your work directly changes the lives of local individuals and families. At Riverbend, you’re not just filling a role—you’re helping transform lives and strengthen our community.

At Riverbend, you’ll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team that is deeply committed to both client care and employee growth. We foster a supportive and inclusive environment where your voice matters, your contributions are recognized, and your career can thrive.

If you’re looking for meaningful work, a strong team culture, and real opportunities for professional growth through training, certifications, and advancement—Riverbend is the place to build your future while making a difference.
