- Support providers in urgent care and outpatient visits, including assisting with exams, procedures, and treatments as directed
- Manage high patient volume while maintaining accurate documentation, attention to detail, and a calm, professional demeanor
- Float between up to four South Bay clinic locations based on staffing needs and schedule assignments

- Prepare exam rooms, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) in a timely manner
- Support front and back office workflows as needed, which may include scheduling, check-in/check-out, and insurance verification
- Collaborate closely with coworkers, demonstrating strong teamwork, dependability, and willingness to help where needed
- Take initiative to identify issues impacting patient flow or clinic efficiency and proactively contribute to solutions
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures at all times
- Work weekend shifts and variable per diem hours, including evenings or holidays as required by clinic operations

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment; urgent care experience strongly preferred
- Ability and willingness to float between four clinics in the South Bay region based on operational needs
- Availability to work weekends and variable per diem hours (including potential evenings or holidays)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered, culturally sensitive care
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy under pressure in a high-velocity environment
