You will own the development of a multi-platform content engine designed to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth.
Working closely with marketing leadership and executive stakeholders, you will transform ideas, insights, and conversations into compelling content experiences.
The position combines creative strategy, content operations, performance optimization, and AI-powered workflows.

This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic and creative content leader who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Social Content Strategist will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing content ecosystem across multiple channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution, and performance-driven optimization to create content that supports audience growth and revenue objectives.

  • Own and execute the social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Build and manage a consistent, high-volume content engine focused on engagement, audience development, and business impact.
  • Create, schedule, and publish daily content while ensuring strong brand alignment and quality standards.
  • Lead short-form video strategy, including planning founder recording sessions, developing content concepts, and optimizing distribution.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to align content initiatives with launches, events, campaigns, and lead-generation goals.
  • Transform newsletters, customer conversations, live events, and leadership insights into scalable content formats.
  • Capture and repurpose event-based content into engaging multi-channel campaigns.
  • Test messaging, creative formats, hooks, and publishing strategies to continuously improve performance.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to increase content efficiency and output.
  • Support the growth of the content function by helping establish processes and guiding future team members.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic content professional with strong experience creating and managing social-first content ecosystems. They should combine creativity with analytical thinking and have a proven ability to produce content that drives measurable business results.

  • Proven experience leading cross-channel content strategies across organic social, paid media, email, and marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing content production connected to revenue-generating campaigns, launches, or growth initiatives.
  • Strong ability to handle high-volume content creation while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Experience improving marketing performance through testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to create content focused on conversions, audience growth, and business outcomes—not only engagement.
  • Excellent writing skills across short-form and long-form content formats.
  • Experience supporting founder-led brands, education businesses, creator companies, or information-based products is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable collaborating with executives or founders and guiding content creation sessions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows to improve creative production and operational efficiency.
  • Proactive, accountable, organized, and adaptable mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, embrace feedback, and continuously improve processes.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
  • Opportunity to directly influence the growth of an innovative AI-focused education business.
  • High-impact role with ownership over content strategy, systems, and execution.
  • Exposure to emerging AI-powered workflows and modern marketing practices.
  • Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for professional growth.
  • Opportunity to collaborate closely with leadership and shape brand storytelling.
