- Create high-impact sales assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive positioning materials, and account-specific resources.
- Translate clinical insights, customer outcomes, and business strategies into clear and compelling content for enterprise audiences.
- Build and manage a content library including reports, customer stories, and educational resources that support the buyer journey.
- Own the strategic events program, including trade shows, customer events, sponsorships, and industry conferences.
- Partner with sales teams to create account-based marketing programs combining content, events, digital campaigns, and executive engagement.
- Lead event planning and execution across marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop promotional campaigns, event collateral, social content, and engagement strategies that maximize event impact.
- Measure event and campaign performance, optimize programs, and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
- Own the B2B LinkedIn strategy to strengthen thought leadership, engage key audiences, and support demand generation.
- Enable sales teams with social selling strategies and support targeted paid campaigns as programs mature.
- Establish processes, reporting frameworks, and operational best practices to improve marketing effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketer with a strong background in content strategy, sales enablement, and field marketing. You should be comfortable operating independently, managing multiple priorities, and creating measurable impact in complex enterprise environments.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with expertise across content marketing, sales enablement, events, and field marketing.
- Proven ability to own marketing programs end-to-end, from strategy development through execution and measurement.
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams and supporting enterprise customer acquisition strategies.
- Background marketing to healthcare organizations, payers, enterprise buyers, or other complex industries with long sales cycles preferred.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive messaging.
- Experience creating customer-facing content, thought leadership materials, presentations, case studies, and sales resources.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage content deadlines, event logistics, and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience building marketing programs, processes, or event strategies from the ground up.
- Ability to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance, reporting, and optimizing marketing investments.
- Nice to have: experience in food-as-medicine, value-based care, Medicaid/Medicare managed care, or healthcare technology.
- Competitive base salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities.
- Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from different locations.
- Unlimited paid time off policy.
- Medical, dental, and vision healthcare coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Registered Dietitian sessions and wellness-focused benefits.
- Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization improving access to healthier living.
- Collaborative culture focused on innovation, ownership, and meaningful impact.
