The Senior Partner Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that improve partner marketing performance, scalability, and revenue contribution. This role requires strong expertise in marketing systems, process optimization, financial governance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful partner programs.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that increase revenue within the partner marketing ecosystem, including partner demand initiatives and market development funding programs.
- Design, optimize, and maintain scalable processes that improve partner engagement, execution speed, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and automation technologies to streamline workflows, reporting, and program execution.
- Manage partner marketing performance tracking, standardize operational workflows, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Build executive-level dashboards and reporting in collaboration with analytics teams to provide visibility into partner marketing performance and business impact.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for partner marketing systems, including partner data models, payment processes, approval workflows, and automated payment solutions.
- Oversee partner marketing budget operations, including fund allocation, payment processing, accrual management, account reconciliation, and audit preparation.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, Legal, Product, and executive stakeholders to translate strategies into scalable operational programs.
- Drive governance, consistency, and efficiency across partner marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in marketing operations, partner programs, and business process optimization. They should have a strong understanding of marketing technology, analytics, financial processes, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while managing complex initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, partner marketing operations, or related fields.
- Proven experience designing and improving operational processes that support revenue-generating programs.
- Strong expertise with Salesforce (functional experience, not development), Tableau, and marketing automation or engagement platforms.
- Experience applying AI tools and automation solutions to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of budget management, financial governance, payment workflows, and operational controls.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, finance, technology, and executive teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Competitive salary range of $97,600 – $225,700 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
