Location: Jacksonville, FL Manufacturing Facility / Remote (with restrictions)

Summary Objective
The Services Senior Project Manager manages multiple concurrent heavy industrial electro-mechanical services projects from project mobilization through project closeout. This role supports project execution, customer communication, financial reporting, scheduling, and field coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contract requirements.
Essential Functions
- Lead project mobilization planning activities.
- Support Site Superintendents with project execution and issue resolution.
- Manage and coordinate customer communication throughout project lifecycle.
- Track and report project financials monthly.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate project kick-off meetings.
- Coordinate field execution lessons learned and process improvements.
- Partner with Superintendents to implement and maintain site safety standards.
- Support warranty requests and corrective action planning.
- Manage project closeout activities including punch lists and client acceptance.
- Support development of project estimates and budgets.
- Ensure project teams understand contract scope of work requirements.
- Assist with internal and external support coordination for site-related issues.
- Generate change orders and supporting documentation.
- Review contracts, specifications, and client documentation.
- Ensure client deliveries are submitted accurately and on time.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve project issues requiring PM support.

This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Location
This position ideally will be out of our Manufacturing Facility in Jacksonville, FL. Position can be remote if willing to travel to Jacksonville, FL 50% of the year
Work Environment
Most work is performed in an office environment. Regular trips to SEA Manufacturing Facility for observation and research are required.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel
Travel up to 25% including overnight and occasional international travel may be required. Some occasional local day travel may also be necessary. Occasional travel to customer job sites and conferences may be required.
Required Education and Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline required.
- Minimum 3 years of field project management experience.
- Military deployment leadership experience may be considered equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems required.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in construction, engineering, or management.
- Experience overseeing technical crews supporting heavy industrial equipment preferred.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.
