The Field CTO will act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CTOs, and Boards, helping organizations strengthen their security posture and business continuity strategies in an increasingly complex digital landscape. Working closely with sales, product, and executive teams, the successful candidate will help shape innovation, drive market influence, and support transformational customer engagements across enterprise environments. - Serve as a senior executive advisor to CISOs, CTOs, and Boards of Directors on cyber resilience, data protection, and business continuity strategies.
- Lead strategic customer engagements by positioning advanced cybersecurity and resilience solutions within enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Act as a prominent industry evangelist through executive briefings, keynote speaking engagements, conferences, and security leadership forums.
- Support complex enterprise sales initiatives by providing strategic technical guidance and helping align solutions with business and security objectives.
- Consult with organizations on designing end-to-end cyber resilience frameworks that improve recovery readiness, data integrity, and operational continuity.
- Monitor cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, regulatory developments, and evolving risk landscapes to inform strategy and customer guidance.
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to translate market feedback and executive insights into product innovation and roadmap priorities.
- Assess enterprise security environments and recommend strategies to reduce risk, improve governance, and strengthen operational resilience.
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, influence, and customer success.
- 15–20 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, or enterprise infrastructure leadership roles.
- Previous experience as a CISO, CTO, Deputy CISO, Deputy CTO, or equivalent executive technology leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity strategy, cyber resilience, data protection, business continuity, and risk management frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to executive stakeholders, Boards, and business leaders.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level technology initiatives and navigating large-scale procurement and transformation cycles.
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and thought leadership capabilities.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across sales, product, engineering, and executive leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field required.
- MBA, Master’s degree, or advanced technical education preferred.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly valued.
- Experience publishing industry insights, leading conferences, or participating in cybersecurity forums is considered a strong advantage.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $168,300 to $270,250 annually
