We are seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team of providers, making a difference in our healthcare. This role is designed to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to women across the lifespan, focusing on reproductive, gynecologic, and preventive health. This role emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Location: Little Elm/Frisco, TX (1911 FM 423, Frisco, TX 75033)
Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive primary and reproductive healthcare for women across the lifespan
- Perform office-based proceduresexams and screenings (pelvic exams, Pap smears, STI testing)
- Diagnose and treat gynecologic and reproductive health conditions
- Offer contraception counseling, prescribe birth control, and support family planning
- Deliver prenatal and postpartum care for low-risk pregnancies
- Assistin our mission to provide access to quality care to all
- Work with a diverse, underserved patient population in the heart of Dallas
- Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatmentoptionsand community resources

What you need to succeed
To become one of our CARES-givers, you will have excellent patient engagement, strong communication skills and an eye for continuous improvement. You will also have the following:
- MSN,BSNand/or NPfrom an accredited school of nursing or equivalent; current RN or NP license to practice in the state of Texas
- Registered and have current DEA, DPS and other such certificates to legallyoperateas a practitioner in the State of Texas or be able to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Excellent patient engagement and communication skills
- Experience in community health centers and/or non-profits is preferred
- Experience serving multicultural and multilingual patient populations
- Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar
- MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word,PowerPointand Excel)
- Have a servant heart with the desire to make a positive impact
