Seasonal Sr. Specialist Guest Relations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Seasonal Sr. Specialist Guest Relations based in the United States.

The Seasonal Sr. Specialist Guest Relations role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized support and problem-solving.
This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve complex customer situations across multiple channels.
You will serve as a trusted point of contact, helping customers find solutions while strengthening loyalty and satisfaction.
The role combines customer advocacy, critical thinking, and technology skills within a fast-paced service environment.
You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, identify trends, and improve overall service experiences.
Working remotely as part of a dedicated guest support team, you will contribute to creating positive and memorable interactions every day.

Accountabilities:

The Seasonal Sr. Specialist Guest Relations professional is responsible for providing high-quality customer support, resolving complex inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects a commitment to service excellence. This role requires adaptability, sound judgment, and the ability to manage customer needs in a dynamic environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer support primarily through phone interactions, with additional assistance through chat and email channels as business needs require.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns, identify needs, and provide thoughtful solutions that build trust and loyalty.
  • Handle escalated customer issues by applying critical thinking, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Research customer situations using available resources, systems, and policies to deliver accurate resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly, including case details, trends, and relevant business insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Identify and communicate recurring customer trends, opportunities, and potential improvements to leadership.
  • Manage sensitive customer situations that may require additional research, escalation, or partnership with other teams.
  • Prepare professional written communications and ensure all customer interactions meet quality standards.
  • Maintain performance goals related to productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Follow privacy, compliance, and security guidelines when handling customer information and company resources.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication abilities, and the technical skills needed to support customers in a remote environment.

  • Must reside in Arizona, Minnesota, South Dakota, Texas, or Wisconsin.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of previous customer service, guest relations, or similar experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience managing escalated customer concerns and finding effective resolutions.
  • Professional, friendly, and empathetic communication style with customers, team members, and internal partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use multiple information sources to resolve inquiries.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems, technology platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and service standards.
  • Access to a quiet, dedicated home workspace free from distractions.
  • Reliable hardwired internet connection with minimum bandwidth requirements of 40 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • Ability to participate in video meetings, training sessions, and team interactions using company-provided equipment.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds of equipment.
