Bost Inc. is seeking a full-time ADDT Direct Support Professional for our Fort Smith location. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have a high school diploma/GED. All applicants will also need to have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is acceptable to the agency’s insurance company.

As an ADDT Direct Support Professional you will be responsible to run an organized van route based on a list of assigned clients and their addresses and pick up and drop off clients on time on assigned days. You would also work collaboratively with other staff members to enable clients to achieve identified goals and assist in formulation and revision of Individual Program Plans and serve as a member of the individual’s interdisciplinary team as requested.

Work Days/Hours: Monday through Friday 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
