Quality Inspector - 1st Shift Final Inspection in Medina, Ohio at Carlisle Brake & Friction Inc

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Inspecting to the AQL 1.0 Sampling Plan, 100% Visual inspection Per Aerospace Standards.

· Operating Shear Test Unit for Customer Required Shear Strength Results

· Performing Functional Gage Inspections.

· Operating Handheld gaging.

· Perform Roaming Inspection on Production Floor

· Blueprint reading and interpretation of basic GD & T symbols

· Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures

· Maintain and clean equipment before and after each shift

Position Requirements:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

· Overtime support as needed

· Must be able to lift to 50lbs.

· Strong attention to detailed paperwork/routers

· Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow instructions

· Must be able to effectively prioritize work and multitask as needed

· Must have a reliable attendance history and good work performance history

· Ability to maintain a high energy level
