Job Description

If you are looking for a team that values you and your career potential, our teams are here to support your growth potential.

tdgFacilities is looking for a full-time Building Systems & Low Voltage Mobile Service Technician in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio to help serve our customers in the region.

Our teams are second to none, and thrive on a culture of balance, teamwork, and delivering results to our community of customers.

Low Voltage • Security • Access Control • Building Systems • Facility Maintenance

More than maintenance, modern buildings are becoming more connected every year. Access control, security, HVAC, lighting, doors, controls, sensors, and networked devices increasingly work together. We're building a technical team that understands those connections. If you're the kind of person who wants to know how things work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build skills that go well beyond traditional maintenance, we'd like to talk with you. Come be a part of a team supporting the next generation of facility services.

We’re looking for a hands-on, technically curious technician who wants more than a narrowly defined maintenance role. As a Mobile Building Systems & Low Voltage Technician, you’ll work across the technologies and systems that keep modern facilities connected, secure, accessible, and operating reliably. One day you may be troubleshooting an access control system or installing low-voltage cabling; the next you may be diagnosing a door operator, working with building controls, or helping solve a general facility maintenance issue.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, low voltage / security system installations, learning new systems, working independently, and seeing the results of their work every day.

Schedule: Typically, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (with occasional on-call responsibilities shared within a team rotation).

Pay: $24 to $29 per hour
