About the role
Vermeer Southeast is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist III to join our team at our Orlando location. In this role, you'll perform complex accounts receivable functions, including processing customer payments, researching and resolving past-due balances, managing credit card chargebacks and returned checks, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate financial records.

- Ability to interpret and carry out written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
- Uses critical thinking and sound judgment to resolve issues and identify practical solutions.
- Ability to evaluate multiple variables and make informed decisions within established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree (A.A.). or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting principles.
- Knowledge of standard receivable policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to utilize an automated accounting system.
- Basic data entry and/or word processing skills.
- Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports.
