The Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in building and scaling a dedicated product marketing function for a growing B2B SaaS platform.
This position will shape how customers, prospects, and internal teams understand the value of innovative technology solutions.
Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, this role will define messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, creating compelling product stories and customer-focused experiences.

The Product Marketing Manager will own the product marketing strategy and execution, acting as the connection point between product development, customer needs, and commercial growth. This role will lead messaging, launches, customer engagement initiatives, and sales enablement programs to maximize product impact.
- Own product messaging, positioning, narrative development, and competitive differentiation as the platform evolves.
- Partner with Product Management to support release planning, feature launches, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop launch assets including email campaigns, in-app communications, blog content, landing pages, and release documentation.
- Maintain product marketing calendars, coordinate launch activities, and manage project workflows.
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence resources, including battle cards, competitor analysis, and objection-handling materials.
- Monitor competitor positioning, pricing strategies, and market movements to provide actionable insights to leadership and Sales teams.
- Conduct customer and market research through interviews, surveys, and win/loss analysis to improve messaging and product decisions.
- Establish product analytics and customer feedback processes using relevant platforms to better understand user behavior and engagement.
- Lead customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, including onboarding communications, engagement campaigns, and retention-focused programs.
- Develop customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, references, and customer spotlight programs.
- Create sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, talk tracks, competitive guides, and product training resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent product communication.
- Represent product marketing in roadmap discussions and contribute insights that influence product strategy.
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused product marketing professional with strong B2B SaaS experience and the ability to translate complex technology solutions into compelling business value. They should be comfortable managing multiple initiatives while working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse technology, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success leading product launches from positioning and messaging through go-to-market execution.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for customer audiences.
- Experience developing competitive intelligence programs and sales enablement resources.
- Familiarity with product analytics, user engagement, or in-app guidance platforms such as Pendo, UserPilot, Amplitude, or similar tools.
- Experience managing customer lifecycle marketing, onboarding communications, and advocacy programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com is a plus.
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and customers.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and marketing workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
