Job Summary
Southend Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations in a Full-Time capacity. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, quality, and patient safety standards within the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sterile compounding with precision and adherence to protocolsEnsure accurate and timely medication preparation and distributionMaintain proper documentation and organization of medication recordsMonitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as neededSupport compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
What We Require
- Active Registered Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP)Minimum 1+ years of recent experience in sterile compounding environmentsCurrent IV Sterile Compounding Certification (e.g., ACPE-accredited sterile compounding certification) Ability to work required PRN schedule and maintain flexibility
