We’re looking for an experienced A La Carte Server who enjoys connecting with guests, working with a great team, and creating the kind of dining experience people remember.

As a Server, you’ll be an important part of the guest experience from warmly welcoming guests and helping them navigate the menu to sharing your knowledge of food and beverages, anticipating their needs, and making sure every table feels well cared for. We’re looking for someone who is confident, attentive, personable, and passionate about hospitality.

The Schedule

This is a part-time, year-round position. We are looking for team members who can work approximately 3–4 shifts per week, with availability for a combination of daytime and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Available shifts may include:

• Monday–Saturday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday–Saturday: 4:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Sunday: 4:00 PM–10:00 PM

Your regular schedule will be based on your availability and the needs of the restaurant.

This position will require you to complete a Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) to obtain RAMP certification within 90 days of employment.

Base pay: $2.83 per hour + tips.

What You’ll Do

As an A La Carte Server, you’ll help create an exceptional dining experience from the moment they are seated until they leave. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greet guests and provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while answering questions and making thoughtful recommendations.
• Use your knowledge of the menu to suggest appropriate substitutions, sides, wine pairings, beverages, desserts, and other offerings.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and polished manner while ensuring orders are accurate and presented according to our service standards.
• Replenish beverages and provide attentive coffee and dessert service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables throughout the guest experience.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately in accordance with company procedures.
• Complete assigned side work and assist with general restaurant cleanliness, including bussing plates, glassware, and silverware.
• Participate in required training sessions and team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to create a smooth, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable laws related to food and beverage service.
• Communicate any guest concerns, operational issues, or other problems to management promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance, arrive on time and in full uniform, and consistently demonstrate a high standard of hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, wine, and professional service standards.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Must be RAMP certified or willing to obtain RAMP certification within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work daytime and evening shifts, weekends, and major holidays.
• Dependable and punctual with regular and predictable attendance.
• Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a clean and polished presentation.
• Ability to follow proper food-handling and sanitation practices, including frequent handwashing.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, push, carry, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and more than 50 pounds with assistance.
