Job Description

Description:
  • Prepare initial orders to include: Tear Off Materials (Inventory and Suppliers), trash pick-ups, short orders, etc.
  • Create and/or update sugar records based on the type of order.
  • Optimize and coordinate the delivery driver's route throughout the day to effectively deliver needed supplies to both “Tear-off” and “Job in progress”
  • Generate or modify purchase orders and sales orders needed by the crews or requested by the PMs for the jobsite.
  • Document short orders to later be reviewed with the Production manager, Procurement manager, and Project managers.
  • Coordinate trash pick-ups request and receive a lift of materials left over from the drivers.
  • Coordinate with Drivers, PMs and Runners to confirm material delivered by the vendor.
  • Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing with the Procurement manager’s help for inventory orders.
  • Receive inventory warehouse deliveries, daily inventory adjustments, and reconcile stock on hand monthly with Quickbooks inventory balance.
  • Perform inventory count of all the items in the warehouse.
  • Manage vehicle inventory, schedule maintenance, and repair, and maintain spare vehicles in working conditions.
  • Create and distribute the stock list to the Procurement manager to ensure awareness of inventory items in need of sale

Requirements:
  • Advanced understanding of basic office applications, including MS Office (Excel)
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • High Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 1 year of experience in construction or service industry
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
