About the role
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and entrepreneurially-minded Manager, People Operations to manage, execute, and help scale our day-to-day People operations. In this role, you will champion the employee lifecycle and partner closely with leadership to support our global team.
This role operates on a hybrid schedule out of our headquarters in Ardmore, PA (Suburban Square). You will report directly to the firm’s Co-Founder and CEO, ensuring our People strategy directly aligns with our overarching business goals.
What you'll do
- Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts, managing internal pipelines and partnering effectively with external agencies to attract top-tier talent
- Onboarding & Experience: Deliver a seamless onboarding experience that drives early engagement and accelerates time-to-productivity for new hires
- Payroll: Own payroll administration for both our full-time and contractor base
- Benefits: Own benefits administration, including annual renewals and the company’s 401(k) retirement plan
- HRIS Management: Manage the day-to-day administration of our payroll and HRIS system, Rippling
- Performance Management: Run the annual goal-setting process and oversee the execution of quarterly and annual performance reviews within the HRIS
- Culture Stewardship and Employee Engagement: Act as the pulse of the company—facilitate team events, recurring meetings, and engagement surveys to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing culture
- Employee Relations: Serve as the objective point of contact for employee relations, maintaining compliance and updating the Company Handbook as regulations evolve
What you'll bring
- 4-6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a private equity (PE) or venture-backed startup environment
- Proven experience directly managing payroll, benefits administration, and performance management
- Familiarity with modern HRIS platforms (experience with Rippling is a huge plus!)
- A track record of building cross-functional relationships, exercising exceptional judgment, and executing autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Superior interpersonal skills with a reputation for flexibility, accountability, and follow-through
- Desire and proximity to work in a hybrid capacity out of our Ardmore HQ, with the ability to occasionally attend in-person events across our locations.
