As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving a complex CRM ecosystem that supports key business operations and customer-facing processes. This position combines advanced platform administration with strategic consulting, requiring a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will lead initiatives focused on automation, data governance, messaging integrations, and system performance while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. - Manage and govern the Salesforce environment, ensuring platform scalability, stability, security, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Design, configure, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions, including Flows, validation rules, permissions, data structures, and automation processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze operational challenges, gather requirements, and translate business objectives into effective CRM solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and solution design initiatives for complex projects involving customer service operations, messaging platforms, and automation ecosystems.
- Support and enhance chatbot and messaging channel integrations, including WhatsApp Business and related customer engagement tools.
- Monitor system health proactively, identify optimization opportunities, resolve technical issues, and maintain platform performance.
- Ensure data quality and governance standards while developing advanced reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain detailed system documentation, and support the successful delivery of critical CRM projects from conception through implementation.
- Extensive experience administering, configuring, and governing Salesforce environments within complex corporate organizations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce declarative tools, including Flow Builder, validation rules, security models, user permissions, and data governance practices.
- Proven ability to analyze business processes, diagnose technical issues, and design scalable CRM solutions that address operational needs.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting multiple business units with diverse requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Hands-on experience supporting chatbot ecosystems, messaging platforms, customer service workflows, and automation initiatives.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Service Cloud Consultant are highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Additional experience with Salesforce architecture projects, platform migrations, advanced automation frameworks, and data modeling will be considered an advantage.
