Campaign Lead

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Campaign Lead in Canada.

This role sits at the heart of a high-impact national fundraising campaign that brings together communities, volunteers, and corporate partners to support life-changing research and patient programs. You will own a portfolio of fundraising teams and sponsors, acting as their primary relationship manager and growth driver throughout the campaign cycle. Operating in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment, you will focus on deep engagement, retention, and revenue growth while helping expand the reach of one of Canada’s most visible peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives. The role blends relationship management, strategic planning, and hands-on campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with internal leadership and regional teams to align engagement strategies and maximize impact. Every interaction contributes directly to fundraising outcomes that support patients and families affected by blood cancers. This is a highly relational, purpose-driven position where empathy, energy, and execution come together.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of fundraising teams, sponsors, and participants, ensuring strong engagement, retention, and year-over-year revenue growth. You will play a central role in delivering an exceptional experience for supporters while contributing to broader campaign success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of fundraising teams, corporate partners, and participants, driving retention and revenue growth.
  • Develop tailored engagement and stewardship strategies to motivate, support, and upgrade fundraising efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supporters, ensuring consistent communication and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and engage new prospects and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver high-touch relationship management to maximize participation and long-term commitment.
  • Contribute to campaign planning, including timelines, budgets, and event logistics.
  • Ensure strong alignment with regional teams to support integrated mission delivery.
  • Track progress against revenue, retention, and engagement targets to ensure campaign success.
Requirements

You bring experience in fundraising, relationship management, or community engagement, with a strong ability to build trust and motivate diverse stakeholders. You are energized by mission-driven work and thrive in environments that combine strategy with hands-on execution. You are collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable engaging directly with supporters and partners. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in fundraising, account management, sales, or relationship-driven roles (non-profit experience an asset).
  • Strong ability to build, maintain, and grow relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding engagement or revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in face-to-face interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Comfort working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for mission-driven work and community impact.
Benefits
  • Annual salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 CAD
  • Flexible and hybrid work arrangements
  • Generous vacation starting at 15 days per year
  • Holiday office closure period (approximately two weeks at year-end)
  • Birthday day off
  • Healthcare spending account and comprehensive benefits package
  • Supportive and collaborative workplace culture
  • Opportunities for professional growth and learning
  • Meaningful work contributing directly to life-saving research and patient support
