Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for assisting the warehouse manager with managing all incoming and outgoing shipments for the company. This position requires being knowledgeable in all departments within the warehouse. Additionally, this position requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure proper receiving and delivery of all products.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Ensure workflow efficiency and timely order fulfillment
- Team management
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance
- Train, motivate, and discipline warehouse employees
- Prepare work schedules and manage attendance
- Inventory control
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits
- Prevent loss, damage, or theft of goods
- Safety and compliance
- Enforce health and safety regulations
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Documentation and reporting
- Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and performance
- Maintain records of goods received and dispatched
- Coordination
- Work with Customer Success, Transportation teams, and other departments
- Resolve operational issues and delays
Schedule
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in logistics/supply chain is a plus)
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts – certification may be required)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, warehouse software)
Working Conditions
- Physically demanding role (lifting, standing, moving goods)
- May require shift work, weekends, or overtime
- Work is typically performed in a warehouse environment
