What We’re Looking For:

· Experience in client intake, customer service, or a legal setting (law firm experience preferred).

· Exceptional communication and active listening skills—you can make clients feel heard and understood.

· Proficiency with case management software, CRM systems, or similar tools.

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.

· Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to determine case eligibility.

· Gather and input critical case details into the firm's case management system.

· Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients.

· Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless case transitions.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation while providing top-tier client service.
