SCALE HOUSE OPERATOR in Pine Bluff, Arkansas at HIGHLAND PELLETS LLC

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that Trucks are Properly Positioned on Scales for Accurate Weights.
• Inspect Loads for Debris, Material correctly identified, Loads/Material loaded per specifications and Query Drivers as required.
• Weigh Trucks in and out of Plant according to State and Company Policies.
• Accurately Perform Routine Data Entry into a Computer.
• Balances the Daily Receipts to ensure Accurate Record Keeping.
• Provides Receipts for Customers.
• Operate Computer to Process and Navigate LIMS.
• Maintain a Clean, Functional and Organized Work Office/Scale House.
• Answers Telephones and provides General Information to Callers.
• Perform Other Related Duties as Assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education.
• Ability to Understand and Follow Written and Verbal Job Requirements.
• Ability to Problem Solve and Evaluate Risks.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills
