Job Title: Production Scheduler

Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Production Manager

Revision Date: March 2026

The Production Scheduler is responsible for planning and coordinating manufacturing schedules to ensure efficient production operations and timely delivery of boats.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily reporting- closing, invoicing, shipping
  • Track budget(boats)
  • Assign serial numbers
  • Closing boats- WIPs, Mat Trans., Oper PT, add work orders
  • Invoices boats and trailers
  • Load schedules for scheduler and loading docks
  • Submit invoices to Finance companies
  • Print boat MSOs
  • Gather engine and till MSOs for dealer paperwork
  • Prepare dealer summary sheet- reconcile cash dealer statements
  • Scan paperwork and put it in deliveries folder on P drive
  • Write check number on driver sheet and scan to deliveries folder when driver brings it back
  • Update Freight Agreements
  • Keep copies of til registration, insurance, and til inspections for drivers
  • Custom paperwork for Canada loads and AK loads going through Canada
  • Owner’s Manuals
  • Emails, texts, phone calls with representatives, dealers, and finance companies
  • Research any information that’s needed
  • Memo bill trailers for transport and credit when returned to SeaArk
  • Statistical surveys monthly report
  • Put parts packing lists with ID load schedules
  • Fix delivery/PTU tickets for warranty boats returning to dealer or coming back to SeaArk
  • Piggyback hitches
  • Make delivery schedules- dealer, number of boats, size of load, transport company, til number, loaded by day/night crew, when loaded, date, delivery date, date til returned to SeaArk
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience in production planning or scheduling preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Personal Protective Equipment might be required in certain areas of the factory, including safety glasses, respirators, hearing protection, gloves, and protective garments.
