WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
A great dining experience runs on clean tables, stocked stations, and a floor team that never runs out of what they need — and that’s your job. As our Outlets Houseperson, you’ll keep the dining room running smoothly behind the scenes: carrying dishes, resetting tables, replenishing linens and silverware, and making sure the waitstaff can focus on the guests. It’s active, team-oriented work that makes a real difference to every meal we serve. If you’re dependable, work well in a busy environment, and take pride in doing your job right, we’d love to have you on the team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen promptly and efficiently throughout service.
• Replace soiled table linens and reset tables with silverware, glassware, and appropriate settings.
• Replenish the supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining rooms throughout service.
• Supply the service bar with food items such as soups, salads, and desserts as needed.
• Serve ice water and butter to guests as needed.
• Clean and polish glass shelves and doors of service bars, and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers.
• Run errands and deliver food orders to offices or other areas as directed.
• Transfer food and dishes between floors using the dumbwaiter as needed.
SKILLS & ABILITIES YOU BRING
• Professional appearance and manner maintained at all times during service.
• Ability to perform routine tasks consistently and reliably throughout a shift.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive motions including lifting, bending, stooping, walking, pushing, and pulling heavy equipment; able to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to pitch in and help co-workers across tasks as needed — true team-player mindset.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from supervisors accurately and promptly.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual; committed to showing up and contributing every shift.
SCHEDULE & HOURS
This position is part time, with schedules that may vary based on business need. Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, may be required. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
