Accountabilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic service provider partnerships, ensuring strong performance, operational excellence, and long-term relationship success.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key regional and national partners, maintaining consistent communication and resolving operational issues.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics including revenue, conversion rates, sales volume, and margins.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports, business reviews, and data-driven insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee partner buyflow operations, including digital customer journeys, API integrations, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize partner performance through testing, analysis, and process improvements.
  • Drive revenue growth by improving monetization models, commission structures, and partner incentive strategies.
  • Manage contract administration, including amendments, reconciliations, and coordination with legal and compliance teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner programs and initiatives.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in partnership management, business operations, and data-driven performance optimization in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, business operations, or related roles.
  • Experience working with large telecommunications, utilities, insurance, or home services organizations is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools (e.g., Looker or similar) to track and interpret performance data.
  • Ability to manage complex digital workflows, integrations, and technical requirements with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple partners and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ownership mindset with a bias toward execution, accountability, and results delivery.
  • Familiarity with performance-based compensation models (CPC, CPL, CPA) and SaaS/performance marketing environments is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, data integrations, and digital systems is highly valued.

Benefits:

  • Equity participation through stock options
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
