Job Description
The Partner Development Senior Coordinator will work closely with Partner Development Manager, Director of Partner Development, Learning & Development team members across the firm, and other business professionals to support firmwide partner development programs and initiatives.
Coordinate and help design partner development programs and professional development initiatives, including working with Partner Development team members and other L&D colleagues to create and update visual presentations and program materials.
Manage meeting and program logistics including scheduling, reserving conference rooms, coordinating program set-up and materials, providing production support for virtual programs, coordinating AV needs, and troubleshooting.
Design and maintain various tracking charts, data, and intranet sites for partner development programs and initiatives.
Update and maintain all files and records relating to partner integration and development.
Analyze data and produce visuals and reports as requested.
Draft communications and announcements for training programs and partner development initiatives.
Work independently and within a team on ongoing and special nonrecurring projects.
Proofread all work with attention to detail and accuracy, make all necessary changes, and perform other substantive and administrative duties as needed.
Schedule and attend meetings among team members, partners, and consultants.
Coordinate with other internal departments on projects, as needed.
Use discretion when handling confidential matters.
Education and/or Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer
Preferred:
Experience supporting lawyer training and/or professional development programs and initiatives
Large law firm experience
Project management and/or program design experience
Proficiency and aptitude with software applications and design tools for creating and formatting graphs, charts, and other visuals or the willingness and ability to learn

The target salary range for this role is:
$53,000 - $67,500 if located in IllinoisSalaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
