As a Client Service Representative, you are often the first and last impression of the hospital. You help create the experience our clients remember.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and checking pets in for appointments
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Managing reminders and client communication
• Helping clients navigate questions with empathy and professionalism
• Processing invoices, payments, and medical records
• Supporting the veterinary team through accurate communication
• Maintaining a welcoming, organized lobby and front desk
• Bringing a calm, positive presence to busy days
