Full-Time | MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
$15$17/hour (DOE) + Excellent Benefits + Career Growth
About the Role:

What Youll Get:
- $15.00$17.00 per hour DOE
- Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

What Youll Do:
- Maintain curb appeal and keep common areas spotless
- Clean and organize interior spaces (office, bathrooms, amenities)
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and unit turns
- Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents
- Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.)
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns
What Were Looking For:
- 36 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work
- A proactive, detail-focused, and dependable team player
- Basic knowledge of property operations/maintenance a plus
- Strong work ethic and pride in a job well done
This role requires pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check and drug screening
