Marketing/Community Liaison in Prescott, Arizona at Exceptional Healthcare Inc.

Help grow our community hospital's footprint in Prescott and the surrounding Yavapai County market. You'll deepen physician referral relationships, strengthen our community presence, and drive volume to both existing and new service lines.

What you'll do

• Own physician outreach across primary care, specialty practices, and regional clinics — strengthening existing relationships and opening new ones
• Plan and execute community engagement: sponsorships, civic events, health fairs, and partnership programs
• Track market data, competitor activity, and referral patterns; adjust strategy based on what's working
• Partner with hospital leadership and service line leads to promote new and expanding programs
• Localize corporate brand campaigns and manage the hospital's local social media presence
• Represent the hospital at chamber events, networking forums, and community programs
• Report on patient volume, referral source performance, and growth against quarterly targets

What you bring

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years in business development, marketing, or community relations; healthcare strongly preferred
• Proven track record hitting growth or volume targets
• Strong communicator — equally comfortable in physician offices, community boardrooms, and hospital leadership meetings
• Strategic thinker who's also willing to do the hands-on work
• Solid grasp of healthcare service lines and how patients choose providers
• Active driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Established relationships in Prescott or northern Arizona healthcare a strong plus

The setup This role splits time between the hospital, physician offices, and community events across the Prescott service area. Expect local travel, occasional evenings and weekends, and a team that moves quickly.
