This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Consultora SAP FI/CO - Sênior based in Brazil.
This is a senior SAP consulting opportunity focused on financial, controlling, tax, and compliance processes within complex enterprise environments. You will contribute to SAP implementation and improvement projects, translating business and regulatory requirements into effective system solutions. The role has a strong focus on Brazilian tax configuration, fiscal reporting, compliance, and process optimization. You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Technology, and other business stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions support both operational and regulatory needs. There is also an opportunity to contribute to projects across Latin America and collaborate with multidisciplinary, international teams. The position offers flexibility through a fully remote or hybrid work model in São Paulo, combined with opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
- Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, and process-improvement projects, with a focus on FI/CO, taxation, compliance, and financial processes.
- Configure and optimize Brazilian tax processes within SAP, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations and business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams.
- Ensure SAP configurations comply with Brazilian tax regulations, fiscal requirements, reporting standards, and internal compliance policies.
- Support the design and implementation of fiscal reporting and tax-related processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and process optimization.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess requirements, define solutions, validate configurations, and support project delivery.
- Provide functional expertise throughout SAP implementation and evolution initiatives, helping ensure solutions are scalable and sustainable.
- Contribute to projects involving different countries across Latin America when required, adapting solutions to local regulatory and business requirements.
- Work effectively with international stakeholders and teams across different business and technical functions.
- Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and stabilization of SAP FI/CO solutions.
- Monitor changes in applicable tax and compliance requirements and help translate them into appropriate system and process adjustments.
- Provide functional guidance and support to business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solid professional experience working with SAP FI and SAP CO.
- Proven experience participating in SAP implementation projects, particularly those involving Brazilian tax and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations, fiscal processes, and reporting requirements.
- Good understanding of financial and accounting principles and their application within SAP environments.
- Experience translating business, finance, accounting, and regulatory requirements into SAP functional solutions.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary and international environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex regulatory and business requirements.
- Proactive and autonomous approach, with strong ownership of assigned functional areas.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Completed university degree is mandatory.
- Advanced English proficiency for professional conversation is required; part of the interview process will be conducted in English.
- Basic to intermediate Spanish is considered an advantage.
