• Execute high-quality interior and exterior residential painting projects.
• Perform thorough surface preparation, including scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and priming.
• Apply coatings with attention to coverage, consistency, clean lines, and a professional finish.
• Protect homeowners' property and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in professional in both interior and exterior residential painting.
• Strong surface preparation and finish-painting skills.
• A proven commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional communication skills and effective time management.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• The ability to work safely on ladders or scaffolding up to 40 feet when required.
