• Execute high-quality residential interior and exterior painting projects (walls, trim, siding, cabinet spraying, deck staining).
• Perform thorough surface preparation (sanding, scraping, priming, drywall repair, caulking) to ensure lasting results.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites, protecting client furniture, flooring, and landscaping.
• Manage your crew on-site to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Send daily job-site photo updates and communicate job progress via mobile apps.
• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and turn clients into "Raving Fans".

• Experience: 3+ years of professional residential interior/exterior painting experience (crew management experience preferred).
• Business Organization: Must operate as an established business entity (LLC or Inc.) with an active EIN.
• Insurance Requirements:
  • General Liability Insurance (minimum $1M policy limit).
  • Worker’s Compensation Insurance (or active policy/exemption status as required by state law).
• Tools & Equipment: Must own your own transportation (work truck/van), ladders, sprayers, drop cloths, and professional painting hand tools.
• Smart Device: Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for project communication, photo submission, and schedule updates.
• Clean & Professional: Professional appearance, drug-free workplace, and a commitment to respectful, clean job-site habits.
