  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, coordination, and ongoing support throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, track expenditures, and provide accurate financial and progress reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage communication and expectations across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, progress, and deliverables.

  • Ensure high-quality delivery of project outputs, meeting defined standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, capacity forecasts, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, ideally within technology, software, or engineering environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion in dynamic settings.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum, along with familiarity with the SDLC.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, with a focus on motivation, collaboration, and performance.
  • Highly developed organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience; PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Fully remote work arrangement offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact professional services projects in a technology-driven environment.
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams and diverse client engagements.
  • Professional development opportunities, including support for project management certifications.
  • Collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on continuous improvement and performance excellence.
  • Flexible tools and modern project management systems to support efficient delivery.
  • Strong emphasis on autonomy, ownership, and career growth within professional services delivery.
