  • Conduct deep customer and market research across transportation and logistics workflows to identify pain points and prioritize product investments.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies aligned with revenue growth and market positioning objectives.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across technical and business teams to ensure cohesive execution of the product strategy.
  • Support modernization efforts and integration initiatives with enterprise systems such as ERP, EDI, and telematics where applicable.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within Transportation, Logistics, Fleet Management, TMS/ERP, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate product discovery, PRD creation, user research synthesis, and workflow analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategy with measurable business and revenue impact.
  • Experience developing pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation workflows, and enterprise integration ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align technical, executive, and commercial teams.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with systems such as EDI, ERP platforms, APIs, or telematics integrations is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of approximately $114,500 to $157,600 annually, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Retirement savings plans and additional financial wellness options.
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and flexible vacation policies.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan and tax-advantaged savings programs where applicable.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact logistics technology shaping global freight movement.
  • Flexible remote work options within Canada or the United States.
  • Inclusive, innovation-driven culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
