Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome each guest with a warm smile

- Handle guest transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier station

- Assist guests with their needs and escalate issues to a manager when necessary

- Clear and bus tables promptly after guests leave

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the shift

- Thank guests as they leave to ensure a positive experience

- Learn and assist with food expo, ensuring food quality standards are met

- Identify and report any food that does not meet quality standards to a manager

- Engage with guests at each table, providing attentive service

- Pre-bus tables to prepare for new guests

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

- Follow uniform standards consistently each shift

- Take and accept feedback professionally, using it as an opportunity for growth

- Communicate effectively with supervisors or managers regarding any issues or concerns

- Commit to adhering to the weekly schedule and punctuality
