Job Title: Cashier

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team. The primary role of the Cashier is to assist customers with their purchases, but their duties can extend beyond that. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable handling cash and operating a cash register.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they approach the cash register and assist them with their purchases

- Bagging items accurately and efficiently

- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Answer customer questions and provide information about store policies and products.

- Assisting in keeping dinning room seal and organized.

- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven customer service experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable handling cash and operating a cash register

- Basic math skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
