We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for working with the Controller to conduct financial analysis and other month-end closing processes for our company. Excellent benefits and eligible for quarterly Performance Bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records to test for accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Assist controller in month-end closing processes
• Conduct and assist with comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations
• Collaborate with other staff and departments in various projects and analysis
• Assist in implementation of new processes to improve financial efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields – bachelors in accounting
• Experience with excel and accounting programs. Encompass ERP or other wholesaler/distributor experience is a plus
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
