Job Description

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for working with the Controller to conduct financial analysis and other month-end closing processes for our company. Excellent benefits and eligible for quarterly Performance Bonus!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine accounting records to test for accuracy and identify discrepancies
Assist controller in month-end closing processes
Conduct and assist with comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations
Collaborate with other staff and departments in various projects and analysis
Assist in implementation of new processes to improve financial efficiency

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting or other related fields – bachelors in accounting
Experience with excel and accounting programs. Encompass ERP or other wholesaler/distributor experience is a plus
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
