Grandville Printing Company (GPC) is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Digital Production Specialist to help turn printed materials into finished products ready for stores. From sorting retail signs to operating cutting equipment, your work will help ensure every order is accurate, organized, and ready to ship.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help prepare Point-of-Purchase (POP) tags, signs, and other printed materials for delivery by:

• Getting the details right: Sort tags and signs by store and sign number, placing each item in the correct box and sequence.
• Preparing finished products: Build boxes, assemble digital production kits, and package large-format printing projects.
• Operating cutting equipment: Set up and operate equipment to cut and trim printed materials according to job specifications.
• Keeping equipment ready: Perform preventative maintenance and help troubleshoot cutting equipment.
• Keeping production moving: Meet minimum production standards and accurately log jobs into the appropriate cost centers.
• Organizing outgoing orders: Stage finished goods and stack cartons on pallets.
• Staying connected: Share job progress, store order status, and production updates with team members.
• Working safely: Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA/MIOSHA requirements.
• Support additional production needs as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of printing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic quality assurance experience.
• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification or training, particularly for reach truck operation.
