What You'll Do- Monitor client safety and well-being through regular observations and documentation
- Conduct patient rounds, wellness checks, and facility safety inspections
- Record vital signs and assist with urine drug screening procedures
- Support educational, recreational, and therapeutic activities
- Assist with program orientation and client supervision
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Help ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Provide transportation support when assigned
- Assist with routine housekeeping and facility upkeep
- Collaborate with nurses, counselors, and clinical staff to support quality patient care
