This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Systems Integration & Automation Analyst based in India.
This role supports the scalability and reliability of enterprise technology environments through systems integration, data validation, automation, and technical support. You will monitor application interfaces, troubleshoot data flows, and help ensure seamless connectivity across business systems. The position also offers an opportunity to identify manual processes that can be streamlined through automation, reporting, and workflow improvements. You will contribute to dashboards, operational reporting, technical documentation, and support processes that improve efficiency and visibility. As the organization advances its use of AI, you will also help prepare structured knowledge and documentation for future AI-enabled support solutions. Working closely with IT operations and business stakeholders, you will help strengthen technical support maturity and reduce manual intervention. - Monitor and support application integrations, interfaces, extracts, imports, and recurring data flows, ensuring issues are identified and addressed efficiently.
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues, validate data movement, document exceptions, and coordinate escalation when required.
- Maintain integration inventories, data flow diagrams, support runbooks, monitoring checklists, and other technical documentation.
- Identify manual processes that could benefit from automation, reporting enhancements, workflow standardization, or self-service capabilities.
- Support the configuration, testing, validation, and documentation of automation solutions in collaboration with IT leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, data extracts, and performance metrics to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Prepare structured knowledge content, FAQs, playbooks, and technical documentation to support future AI-enabled use cases.
- Assist with testing AI-enabled support scenarios, knowledge ingestion readiness, and response validation where appropriate.
- Conduct root cause analysis for integration, data, reporting, and automation issues and recommend improvements that increase reliability and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with IT operations and other technical teams to improve support processes, standardize workflows, and strengthen operational maturity.
- Promote inclusive and collaborative ways of working while continuously developing technical and analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in systems analysis, systems integration, data validation, reporting, automation, or technical application support.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with APIs, file-based integrations, data mapping, interface monitoring, and technical troubleshooting.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Concur and related integrations, business processes, or connected enterprise systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as collaboration and reporting tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience with technologies and platforms such as ServiceNow, workflow tools, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, APIs, or integration monitoring solutions.
- Strong analytical, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, data flows, reporting requirements, or automation opportunities.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Veeva, D365, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Exposure to MuleSoft, API-driven integrations, automation platforms, or AI-enabled technologies is preferred, particularly where these have been used to modernize legacy processes and reduce manual work.
- Experience creating data flow diagrams, runbooks, monitoring procedures, automation documentation, or dashboard requirements is beneficial.
- Knowledge of data governance, integration governance, or enterprise architecture practices is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams, managed service providers, or distributed support organizations is desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
