Position Summary

We’re seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join our team at The Knollwood Nursing Center within The Briarwood Community located in Worcester, MA, where you’ll provide compassionate, quality-driven nursing care with manageable patient loads and the support of consistent CNAs and engaged leadership. Position Type: Full Time (Long-term Care)

Salary Range: $32.00 - $49.82

Pay dependent on license and years of experience.

Shift Type: 7am-3pm (1st Shift)

Your Role

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with a dedicated care team, you will:

  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and DPH regulations
  • Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program
  • Current Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN)
  • Long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
  • Current CPR certification; IV therapy certification preferred
  • Compliance with state CEU requirements
